A kamado grill is much more than a typical charcoal grill. The name “kamado” comes from the Japanese word (竈) meaning “oven” or “stove.” These traditional ovens have been used for cooking in Asia for over 3,000 years.
Versatility in one appliance: The Kamado B10 combines a grill, smoker, pizza oven, and conventional oven into one. Thanks to the superior heat capacity of natural clay, you can:
Grilling: Perfect steaks at a high temperature (250-300°C)
Smoking: Pulled pork, brisket, salmon cooked at a low temperature (90-130°C)
Baking: Crispy pizza, bread, casseroles (200-250°C)
Steaming: Vegetables and fish should be cooked over low heat (70-100°C).
Precise temperature control: Two valves (top and bottom) allow you to regulate the air flow and therefore set the precise frying temperature.
