Are you looking for more flexibility? Then the pro set is a perfect solution. This set consists of stainless steel half-moon grilles, half-moon heat shields and a multi-level lift. This allows you to divide the Kamado into direct and indirect zones to achieve perfect cooking. To provide the ultimate taste sensation to your guests, finish the dishes using the wood chipper. This allows you to add smoking wood without having to open the lid, so you don’t lose any heat. The access to the woodchipper is double insulated so that you can operate the Kamado without burning your fingers.
