YAKINIKU LARGE Kamado solo basic
The Kamado is basically an entire kitchen in one product. You can slow cook, quickly sear meat or even bake a pizza. Two air vents make it very easy to set the temperature. At the start, open both sliders at the top and bottom all the way and you will see that the temperature will gradually rise. It is important that the dome first reaches a heat of 180 degrees before adding the accessories. After this, the Kamado will cool down a little and you can use the air supply to set your own temperature. For cooking pizza, for example, 300 degrees is the ideal temperature. If you want to cook your spare ribs for a longer time, you might prefer a temperature of 120 to 130 degrees.
The YAKINIKU LARGE Kamado solo basic comes standard with an ash pan and coal basket for easy removal of ash and charcoal. In short, with a Kamado from YAKINIKU® you not only get a high-quality product, but also a luxurious look for your garden or outdoor kitchen. The grill surface of the LARGE Solo Basic is easy to expand with the extra raised grid & the pro set. The extra raised grid provides an extra 70% surface area. The pro set provides extra flexibility, as grilling can be done at different levels. With this set, it is also possible to expose ingredients to direct and indirect fire. This allows you to easily sear meat on one side and continue cooking on the other to achieve the perfect preparation.
At the front in the ”belly” of the Kamado, you will find something that makes our Kamados unique. Namely, an opening towards the coal fire. This opening makes it easy to add smoke wood to your burning Kamado. You can easily do this with our Woodchipper. With the woodchipper, you can add smoked wood without having to open the lid and therefore not lose any heat. The access to the woodchipper is double insulated so you can operate the Kamado without burning your fingers. The LARGE Kamado comes without a woodchipper, so there is a woodchipper opening in the Kamado but you need to buy the Woodchipper separately.
